prepared, to make it look and taste Authentic. Best of all at the end of each session we will
prepare a banquet of all the dishes we have cooked and sample them with wines to matched, now
that’s what I call fun.

teach you how to make your own sauces and curry paste from fresh ingredients that your family or
friends can enjoy.
In this class you will learn the basic tools you need to prepare and cook the
tastiest Thai food you have ever tasted. You will learn hands on how to

Tom Yum Goong (Starter)
Gaeng Kiew wahn or Green Thai Curry (Main dish)
Traditional Pad Thai noodles (Main)
And matching wine to go with these dishes (optional)
Intermediate class: THAI 111 (2 SESSIONS) 2 hours per
session $195pp (includes all course materials, ingredients and recipe)
In this class you will learn the tools you need to make sauces and paste from fresh
ingredients, method of cooking curry and stir fry dish from your freshly made paste and
sauce. You will also learn some basic garnishing technique to enhance the look of
your Thai Dishes. You will learn hands on how to cook:

Thoong tong or Money Bags and matching sauce (starter)
Kai pad met mamuang or Stir fry chicken and cashew nuts (Main dish)
Larb Gai (North East style salad)

Second session
Thord Mun Pla or Fish Cakes and matching sauce (starter)
Panang curry or red curry (Main dish)
